18 weeks pregnant

As your belly grows, you could notice that you’re becoming clumsier.

Your breasts may have grown in size as well, especially if this is your first pregnancy.

Your blood pressure is probably a little lower than usual, so don’t get out of the couch too quickly or you’ll feel dizzy.

For the past few months, your baby has been moving around, but you may not have noticed.

However, you may notice some movement now, which feels like a bubbling or fluttering inside your stomach.

You may also detect a “linea nigra” (black line) running down your tummy.

This is typical skin pigmentation, and there’s no need to be concerned.

It will most likely vanish a few months after the baby is born.

It can detect a variety of ailments, but not all of them.
